All installers sign up to Terms & Conditions and a Consumer Code in respect of conversions they undertake. UKLPG carries out checks regularly and randomly to ensure that the Terms & Conditions and Consumer Code are being adhered to. Copies of these documents are available below – please note these only relate to UKLPG Approved Autogas Installer conversions and not other work they may undertake, nor work carried out by non-approved installers.

Liquid Gas UK provides assistance to consumers if they have any difficulties following a conversion by a UKLPG Approved Autogas Installer - please see below for our Consumer Code.
