LPG System manufacturers usually recommend that the LPG system should be serviced every 12,000 miles / 12 months to ensure it is working effectively. This usually involves no more than an emissions check and filter change.
Servicing and repairing the LPG system on your vehicle should be undertaken by an installer who has been trained on that make of equipment and has the relevant diagnostic tools.
The make of equipment is shown on the LPGA “LPG Conversion Certificate” (click here for details) as the Regulator Make or on the regulator / vapouriser unit which can be found in the engine compartment of your vehicle.
To contact your nearest LPGA Approved Installer who is able to service and repair your car or van click on your county and the make of equipment in the boxes below. If there are none in your county then try adjacent counties.
If a local LPGA Approved Installer is not able to assist with your vehicle then you should contact the supplier of the equipment who will be able to advise you of their nearest dealer to you (for a full list of makes of equipment and their suppliers click here.
